Every day, you are involved in solving tough problems rather than blaming others. You focus on creating value for your clients rather than manipulating them with sales tactics. It is all about building long-term relationships and creating raving fans of your life’s work. You stimulate the economy by driving innovation, not through banking or economic policy manipulation. You model for others the ease that comes along with true success by being loving, joyful and happy.

This site is primarily for sharing what I’ve learned in studying how human behavior effects business. The blog posts are raw as I experience things each week. I roll all my experience in sales, marketing, engineering, finance, fatherhood, marriage and life into my coaching programs.
